R.I.P.
Born in 2001 with high ideals of cultural communication and exchange within the Balkans, Slovenian-based Balcanis has fallen from dormancy to non-existence in recent years. Circumstances surrounding the end of Balcanis's life are unclear, but nothing has been heard from them since 2003. May this journal, short-lived but rich in diversity, rest in peace. Its presence will be sorely missed in the Eurozine network.
